Katharine is dual qualified lawyer, having studied and practised law in England and Australia.
Prior to relocating to Australia, Katharine was a practicing barrister in London, specialising exclusively in family law. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017 and represented a wide variety of clients in matters covering the expanse of family law, including those involving challenging parenting and property issues, international relocation and family violence proceedings.
Following her relocation to Melbourne, Katharine has continued to practice in all aspects of family law and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
