Jessica Saidel

Jessica has worked in a variety of organisations, in an array of roles, including at the Coroners Court of Victoria, where she worked in the Communications Department and as a Paralegal at a Community Legal Centre, whilst she was studying for her law degree. Jessica’s varying experience enables her to take a holistic approach to your family law matter as she understands the sensitive nature of family law and the real-life consequences which flow from the outcome.

    Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and Bachelor of Criminal Justice Administration from RMIT University.

    Prior to joining Kennedy Partners, Jessica worked at Australian Family Lawyers. She approaches family law with compassion and enjoys working closely with clients so she can fully understand and respond to their concerns. In guiding and supporting clients through the legal process, Jessica is focused on achieving the best possible outcome in a timely manner.

    Jessica’s experience includes adoption in the County Court of Victoria, and has appeared in the Magistrates Court of Victoria for clients involved in Intervention Order proceedings, and a full range of family law issues in the Family Court of Australia and in the Federal Circuit Court.

    Jessica is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Victorian Women Lawyers. She volunteers at the Northern Community Legal Centre’s Night Service, assisting persons in her local community to deal with a variety of legal problems.
